Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Saint Charles, MO

An exciting opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support students and staff during a maternity leave in the 26/27 school year. This is a contract, full-time role covering the period from August 18, 2026, to October 23, 2026, with some flexibility based on the actual return date. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8:15 am to 3:30 pm, for a well-defined assignment with a manageable caseload.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Previous experience working in school settings is highly preferred
• Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with educators and staff
• Solid skills in program development, training delivery, and on-the-spot coaching
• Experience responding to crisis situations and providing direct behavioral support

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers to design and implement effective behavioral programs for students
• Deliver real-time training and coaching to teaching staff to ensure program fidelity
• Provide ongoing consultation to classroom staff and work alongside other BCBAs to support building-wide initiatives
• Assist with critical building operations, including arrival and dismissal procedures
• Respond promptly and effectively to crisis situations as needed
• Directly deliver behavioral services to students on the assigned caseload (35-45 students)
• Take on other responsibilities as assigned to ensure continuity of care and comprehensive support for students
