What You’ll Bring:

• Current BCBA certification is required
• Experience as a BCBA within a school or educational setting
• In-depth knowledge of ABA principles and school-based behavior intervention plans
• Strong communication skills for consulting and collaborating with teachers, support staff, and fellow BCBAs
• Flexibility and composure to respond to crisis situations as they arise
• Capacity to manage a caseload of 35-45 students with diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior support programs tailored to students
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and training to classroom teachers and support staff
• Collaborate with other BCBAs and school personnel for comprehensive student support
• Consult with teams on program effectiveness and student progress
• Step in to assist with building-wide needs, such as student arrivals and dismissals
• Directly support students and contribute to a positive, productive learning environment
• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by school leadership
