From the upcoming academic year starting August 10, 2026 through May 28, 2027, you’ll help enhance learning environments by empowering teachers and staff, not by working directly with students.

Key Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in schools or self-contained classroom programs preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and positive behavior support plans
  • Exceptional ability to observe, collect, and analyze behavioral data

  • Must complete and pass FL fingerprinting requirements (eligibility for the JLA badge required—support with processing provided)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Travel between 5-7 assigned school sites as an itinerant BCBA
  • Consult with PreK educators, offering observation, feedback, and real-time strategy modeling
  • Develop targeted interventions and data-driven behavior support recommendations
  • Collaborate with teachers on FBA processes, developing practical, sustainable intervention plans
  • Assist with data collection systems and monitoring progress in self-contained programs
  • Maintain detailed professional documentation and contribute to positive school cultures

This is a stable, full-time contract (35 hours/week, 7 hours/day, school-year-based), enabling you to build strong relationships with educators while impacting students at a systemic level.

If you are ready to advance your career as a BCBA in dynamic school settings—helping educators achieve lasting positive outcomes in their classrooms—apply today! Bring your expertise where it’s needed most, and play a pivotal role in shaping successful educational experiences for young learners.
