Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Saint Peters, MO

Step into a pivotal role supporting students and staff by providing your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst during a maternity leave for the 26/27 school year. This contract opportunity offers full-time, weekday hours from 8:15 am to 3:30 pm, spanning from August 18th, 2026, through October 23rd, 2026 (with potential adjustments based on the actual return date). You’ll have the chance to make a noticeable impact within a supportive school environment.

In this role, you’ll work with a dedicated caseload of 35-45 students. Your skills will be essential in delivering real-time training and coaching to classroom teachers, designing and implementing student programs, and collaborating closely with other BCBAs. You’ll act as a pivotal resource for staff, offering consultation, assisting with daily logistics such as arrival and dismissal, and being prepared to respond to crisis situations. Your day-to-day will be dynamic, and your insights will directly contribute to student growth and improved classroom experiences.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Prior experience working in school settings or with similar student populations
• Strong capacity for collaboration, communication, and mentorship
• Ability to respond swiftly and calmly to crisis situations
• Proficiency in developing, monitoring, and adapting behavioral programs

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee programs tailored to student needs
• Provide on-the-spot coaching and training to staff
• Consult and collaborate with school personnel and other BCBAs
• Assist with arrival, dismissal, and any building needs
• Respond to crisis events as needed
• Complete other duties as assigned
