A rewarding opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to fill a maternity leave contract during the 26/27 school year. This full-time position is perfect for a dedicated professional passionate about supporting students and collaborating closely with educators. You’ll play a vital role within the school environment, working Monday through Friday from 8:15 am to 3:30 pm, beginning on August 18, 2026, through October 23, 2026 (with potential extension depending on the return date). With a manageable caseload of 35-45 students, your expertise will help foster a positive learning experience and provide essential support during this transitional period.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Previous experience within a school setting preferred
  • Strong skills in developing and implementing behavioral programs
  • Proficient in training and coaching educational staff
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Adaptable, solution-oriented, and able to respond effectively to crisis situations

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside classroom teachers to design and monitor student-specific programs
  • Deliver real-time coaching and training to staff, ensuring effective implementation
  • Offer consultation and ongoing support to classroom teams
  • Collaborate regularly with fellow BCBAs
  • Assist with building-wide responsibilities such as arrival and dismissal procedures
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention as needed
  • Offer direct services to students and take on other assigned tasks to support the school community
