Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Saint Peters, MO

Step into a rewarding, full-time contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, providing crucial support during a maternity leave in the 26/27 school year. This position offers weekday hours from 8:15 am to 3:30 pm, beginning on August 18, 2026, and is anticipated to continue through October 23, 2026—with possible extension depending on the official return date.

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Proven experience in educational or school settings preferred
• Strong ability to design and implement behavior programs for diverse student populations
• Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with classroom staff, fellow BCBAs, and school teams
• Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the school environment

Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for a caseload of 35-45 students
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers to ensure effective program implementation and positive outcomes
• Provide targeted, real-time coaching and professional development to classroom staff
• Consult regularly with other BCBAs to align strategies and goals
• Support building needs, including assisting with arrival and dismissal procedures
• Respond promptly and confidently to crisis situations as they arise
• Deliver direct behavioral services as needed
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by administration
