Key Qualifications:
- Current, active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Valid professional licensure as required

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to understand and address student needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide expert consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
- Monitor student progress using data-driven methods and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate closely with IEP teams, participating actively in meetings and discussions to support student success
