Requirements for an ideal fit:

• Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Valid license for the state, as required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Confidence working with Elementary, Middle, and High School populations
• Strong communication, teamwork, and consultation skills

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students
• Designing, developing, and implementing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Providing ongoing consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school personnel
• Monitoring student progress, analyzing behavioral data, and keeping detailed documentation
• Collaborating with IEP teams and actively participating in meetings as needed

This role offers a set full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week) in a school-based setting. The caseload will vary based on district needs, providing an engaging and ever-evolving work experience with opportunities to make an ongoing impact across different student groups.
