As a catalyst for positive change, you'll conduct in-depth Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), craft individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and provide hands-on consultation and coaching to educators, paraprofessionals, and support teams. Your ability to analyze progress through ongoing data collection and documentation will play a critical role in student success. Seamless collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with IEP teams and actively participate in meetings to ensure individual goals are met.

To excel in this position, you’ll need:

  • Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
  • Valid state license as required
  • Experience working with elementary, middle, or high school populations
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience (highly preferred)
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
  • Strong commitment to data-driven practices and individualized intervention

Responsibilities include:
