Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- School-based or pediatric experience is preferred
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Skilled in clear, professional communication with staff, students, and families
- Licensed to practice where applicable
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to inform intervention strategies
- Develop, implement, and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs
- Offer ongoing consultation and support for teachers, paraprofessionals, and school personnel
- Analyze data, monitor progress, and maintain detailed documentation to track student outcomes
- Play an active role in IEP teams; participate in meetings and contribute valuable behavioral insights
Schedule:
- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, following the school calendar
- Contract position with variable caseloads based on district requirements
