Pay Range: $60 – $64 per hour (based on experience)

Soliant Education is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based contract position in the Tracy, CA area for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. About the BCBA Role in Tracy, CA

As a School-Based BCBA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting student success through applied behavior analysis strategies. You’ll work closely with general and special education staff, students, and families to assess, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Collaborate with educators, RBTs, paraprofessionals, and families to support student behavior

• Analyze behavior data and make recommendations to optimize interventions

• Attend IEP meetings and contribute expert insights on behavioral goals and supports

• Train school staff in evidence-based behavior strategies and ABA techniques

• Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior support staff

BCBA Job Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification – Required

• Master’s degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

• Prior K-12 school-based experience preferred

• Strong working knowledge of ABA principles, behavior support, and data collection

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
