Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time | Salinas, CA

Soliant Education is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an immediate school-based opportunity in Salinas, California. This position will provide maternity leave coverage from ASAP through the December holiday break, with the potential to extend beyond the initial assignment.

This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for a BCBA who is comfortable supporting multiple elementary school sites while providing supervision and guidance to RBTs and paraprofessionals.

Position Details:

* Location: Salinas, CA
* Start Date: ASAP
* End Date: December holiday break
* Potential to extend
* Full Time – 40 hours per week
* 100% onsite/in-person
* Servicing 3 elementary school sites
* Supervising multiple RBTs and Paraprofessionals
* No virtual candidates

Responsibilities:

* Provide behavioral services across three elementary school sites
* Supervise, support, and provide guidance to RBTs and paraprofessionals
* Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention strategies
* Monitor behavioral data and student progress
* Provide direct behavioral support when needed
* Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, administrators, and families
* Help ensure behavioral plans and interventions are implemented consistently across school environments

Requirements:

* Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
* Ability to work 40 hours per week onsite in Salinas, CA
* Strong ABA, behavior intervention, data collection, and staff-supervision skills
* Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
