  • Enthusiasm for long-term collaboration, with the potential to transition from contract to permanent after one year

Core Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate behavior intervention training sessions for teachers and paraprofessionals
  • Provide in-classroom coaching and model effective strategies
  • Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement proactive behavior support plans
  • Collect and analyze data to measure program effectiveness
  • Participate in team meetings and lend expertise toward school-wide initiatives
  • Offer consultative support, focusing less on individual caseload management and more on systemic improvements
