Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Previous experience in school or pediatric settings is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or closely related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop targeted interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including teachers, therapists, and administrators—to promote positive student outcomes
- Deliver training and ongoing support to staff and families regarding behavior management
- Monitor student progress and refine intervention plans as needed, collecting and analyzing behavior data to inform decisions
- Ensure compliance with special education laws, district policies, and ethical standards
- Provide direct and indirect support for students, tailoring interventions to individual needs
