Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or closely related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop targeted interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including teachers, therapists, and administrators—to promote positive student outcomes
• Deliver training and ongoing support to staff and families regarding behavior management
• Monitor student progress and refine intervention plans as needed, collecting and analyzing behavior data to inform decisions
• Ensure compliance with special education laws, district policies, and ethical standards
• Provide direct and indirect support for students, tailoring interventions to individual needs
