Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) for students and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to implement and monitor effective interventions
• Provide training and ongoing support to school personnel on behavioral strategies and data collection
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff in the delivery of behavioral services
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to inform program modifications and document student progress
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams focused on student success

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid BCBA certification and active licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Utah
• Prior experience providing behavioral services in schools or pediatric settings
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and best practices in a school environment
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt behavioral plans to meet diverse student needs
