This full-time, contract opportunity offers 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, servicing various sites within a dynamic district near San Bernardino, CA. Your work will help foster positive behavioral change and empower staff, students, and families with practical solutions.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience working in school settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavioral intervention planning
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and navigate multiple school sites effectively
  • Passion for helping children and adolescents achieve behavioral and academic success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students across district sites
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform recommendations
  • Train, coach, and support educational staff in evidence-based behavioral strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure consistency in behavior support
  • Provide crisis intervention as necessary and contribute to development of positive behavioral supports
  • Maintain timely documentation and adhere to district guidelines and best practices
