Key Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification required
- At least 1 year of experience working within school settings (elementary or middle school preferred)
- Skilled in developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to effectively support students, staff, and families in achieving behavioral goals
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct support and consultation services to students, collaborating with teachers and staff
- Assess students’ behavioral needs and design individualized plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis
- Train and guide classroom staff with implementation of interventions
- Monitor progress and modify plans with a data-driven approach
- Engage with families to facilitate carryover of techniques and interventions
