A dynamic contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve elementary and middle school students on a full-time basis. Key Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • At least 1 year of experience working within school settings (elementary or middle school preferred)
  • Skilled in developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to effectively support students, staff, and families in achieving behavioral goals

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct support and consultation services to students, collaborating with teachers and staff
  • Assess students’ behavioral needs and design individualized plans
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis
  • Train and guide classroom staff with implementation of interventions
  • Monitor progress and modify plans with a data-driven approach
  • Engage with families to facilitate carryover of techniques and interventions
