Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience providing behavioral services to children or youth, preferably in a school or educational context
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and their application in educational environments
  • Skill in developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent communication skills for working with educators, staff, parents, and students
  • Ability to provide guidance and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or paraprofessionals as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct formal assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs) for students requiring support
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to students’ needs and ensure fidelity of implementation
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate ABA strategies into daily routines and classroom environments
  • Provide training and ongoing guidance to staff working directly with students with behavioral needs
  • Monitor student progress, collect and analyze data, and adjust interventions to maximize positive outcomes
  • Participate in meetings and contribute behavioral expertise as part of student support teams
