Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based
Location: La Verne, CA
Pay: $50.56–$62.78 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Provide direct behavioral support and consultation.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams.
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress.
- Train and coach school staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow ethical guidelines.
Requirements
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB.
- Meet applicable California requirements for providing behavior analysis services.
- Satisfy school district employment requirements, including fingerprinting and background clearance.
- Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and school-based behavioral interventions preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and data-analysis skills.
