Two contract positions are available for dedicated BCBAs to join an on-site team for the fall semester, offering the chance to make a difference during key periods of coverage. Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
  • Valid California credential for BCBA practice
  • Skilled in functional behavior assessments and data analysis
  • Experience developing and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Familiarity with supporting diverse student populations in educational settings
  • Strong collaboration, consultation, and communication abilities
  • Previous school-based or similar pediatric experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site behavioral services to students across designated caseloads
  • Conduct assessments, craft intervention plans, and collaborate with school staff and families
  • Provide coaching and training to school personnel in behavioral strategies
  • Maintain accurate documentation, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Support students, teachers, and parents in achieving positive behavioral outcomes

This contract assignment will run from August 5, 2026, to November 20, 2026, for 37.5 hours per week, exclusively on-site. Bring your expertise to a passionate team serving the diverse student body in the vibrant San Francisco area.
