Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to a dynamic on-site assignment supporting students’ growth and success. Two temporary positions are available in a school setting with a contract running from early August to late November. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively, address unique student needs, and provide valuable guidance during planned leaves of absence.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
• Valid California credential with BCBA authorization required
• Experience working in a school environment preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based behavioral interventions
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility and professionalism in meeting evolving needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop targeted intervention plans
• Collaborate with school staff to implement effective strategies and programming
• Provide consultation and ongoing support for teachers and paraprofessionals
• Monitor student progress and adjust plans as necessary to promote positive outcomes
• Lead team meetings, facilitate professional development, and contribute to a supportive educational environment
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
