Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current BCBA certification
- Valid California Credential: Pupil Personnel Services – School Psychology with English Learner Authorization
- Experience providing clinical supervision to RBTs in educational settings
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
- Three recent letters of recommendation
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical supervision and ongoing support to RBTs working with students
- Oversee assessment, behavior intervention planning, and implementation for students with a variety of needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to IEP meetings and student progress reviews
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to staff in behavioral strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Communicate effectively with families, staff, and administration to ensure cohesive, student-centered support
