You’ll be valued for your clinical knowledge and passion for behavior analysis, contributing to a collaborative environment. Providing functional behavior assessments (FBAs), developing effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs), conducting targeted student observations, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) will be at the core of your daily responsibilities.

What we’re looking for:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Demonstrated experience conducting FBAs and creating BIPs in educational settings
  • Strong background supervising and mentoring RBTs
  • Excellent observation, reporting, and communication skills
  • Flexibility and professionalism to thrive in a school environment
  • California licensure or eligibility (if required)

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead FBAs and design data-driven BIPs tailored to individual student needs
  • Observe and assess students across diverse learning environments
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement intervention strategies
  • Supervise and provide ongoing support to RBTs and other support staff
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions for continuous improvement
  • Maintain clear, compliant documentation and case notes

This contract position offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $55 to $65, providing both professional growth and great earning potential.
