What we’re looking for:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Strong foundation conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Experience with classroom and individual student behavioral observations
  • Previous supervision experience with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and ethical service delivery
  • Ability to adapt in dynamic, fast-paced school environments

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct FBAs to assess student needs and identify underlying behavioral functions
  • Design, implement, and monitor BIPs tailored to individual students
  • Perform regular observations to gather behavioral data and inform progress
  • Supervise and provide feedback to RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, offering ongoing guidance and support
  • Participate in IEP meetings, helping to develop effective behavioral goals and supports
  • Document services and maintain compliance with school and legal requirements

This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week, uniquely positioning you in a collaborative and rewarding educational setting.
