Key Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Familiarity with classroom-based behavioral observations
• Previous experience supervising and supporting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in educational settings
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive FBAs for students referred for behavioral support
• Design and monitor effective, evidence-based BIPs tailored to individual student needs
• Perform regular classroom observations to assess student progress and implement strategies
• Provide ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs and paraprofessionals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school administrators, and families to promote positive behavior outcomes and student independence
• Complete accurate documentation, data collection, and progress reports in accordance with school policies
