Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analytic procedures and data collection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to create, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Commitment to ongoing professional learning and development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans
  • Work directly with students, providing targeted behavioral support as needed
  • Train and consult with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure fidelity of implementation
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary for optimal outcomes
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation aligned with district and regulatory requirements
  • Attend IEP and team meetings to share insights and recommendations
