• Active BCBA certification
• Recent experience working with children or adolescents (school-based experience preferred)
• Strong ability to design and implement behavioral interventions

Role Responsibilities:

• Complete formal behavioral assessments (e.g., FBAs) and collect data
• Develop and supervise individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
• Train and support educators, paraprofessionals, and families in implementing strategies
• Monitor student progress and modify interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations
• Serve as a resource for staff regarding behavioral best practices and compliance
