Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, active and in good standing
• Demonstrated experience in a school environment, utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies
• Proven ability to supervise and provide guidance to RBTs, ensuring best practices and compliance with treatment plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with students, staff, and families
• Organizational skills to manage caseloads, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Ability to adapt to various school settings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and support to RBTs, ensuring effective and ethical implementation of interventions
