Key Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, active and in good standing
- Demonstrated experience in a school environment, utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies
- Proven ability to supervise and provide guidance to RBTs, ensuring best practices and compliance with treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with students, staff, and families
- Organizational skills to manage caseloads, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Ability to adapt to various school settings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and support to RBTs, ensuring effective and ethical implementation of interventions
- Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and support staff to integrate interventions into classroom environments
- Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain thorough documentation
- Engage in regular communication with families to support consistency between home and school
