Qualifications and Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Prior experience working within school settings strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior assessment, and individualized intervention planning
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
- Ability to manage caseloads, prioritize responsibilities, and document services thoroughly
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional behavior assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families on the implementation of behavioral strategies
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed
- Provide direct and consultative ABA services to students in diverse educational environments
- Deliver staff training and support to ensure consistent application of interventions
- Maintain clear records in accordance with district and professional standards
