Qualifications & Experience:

• Active BCBA certification and credentials required
• Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Demonstrated skill in creating functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavior intervention plans (BIP)
• Ability to provide direct and consultative behavior services to diverse student populations
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, working collaboratively with staff, parents, and students
• Capacity for data-driven decision-making and detailed record keeping
• Flexibility, compassion, and a growth mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough behavioral assessments to identify students’ needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based intervention plans
• Supervise, coach, and train school staff on effective behavioral strategies and best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally with special education teams, administrators, and external partners
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate student progress, adjusting plans as needed
• Provide ongoing consultation, support, and education to families and school staff
• Maintain thorough documentation and uphold all ethical and compliance standards
