Board Certified Behavior Analyst in San Jose, CA

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Prior experience working within school settings strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior assessment, and individualized intervention planning
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Ability to manage caseloads, prioritize responsibilities, and document services thoroughly

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional behavior assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families on the implementation of behavioral strategies
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed
• Provide direct and consultative ABA services to students in diverse educational environments
• Deliver staff training and support to ensure consistent application of interventions
• Maintain clear records in accordance with district and professional standards
