Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Experience working with school-aged children, ideally within an educational setting
• Strong behavioral assessment and intervention planning abilities
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt strategies to diverse student needs and environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Provide ongoing training and consultation to classroom staff and paraprofessionals
• Monitor and document student progress, collecting and analyzing data to inform interventions
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, ethical standards, and district policies
• Engage in IEP meetings and develop documentation as required
