Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Demonstrated experience in a school setting
  • Proven ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and supervise RBTs within school programs
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide ongoing training and support to RBTs and staff
  • Document progress and adjust strategies as needed
