Board Certified Behavior Analyst in San Juan Bautista, CA

Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to collaborate with elementary students and staff in an engaging, supportive school setting. This contract opportunity, available for both part-time and full-time schedules, runs from immediate start through June 5th, 2026. Located in the scenic area near San Juan Bautista, CA, you’ll work alongside dedicated educators making a meaningful impact on young learners' lives.

In this role, you will:

• Support an elementary caseload, tailoring behavioral interventions to individual student needs
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create effective, evidence-based behavior intervention plans
• Train and consult with teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams to ensure fidelity and success of implemented strategies
• Collect, analyze, and report data on student progress towards behavioral goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with all applicable ethical, legal, and professional standards

To thrive in this position, you should have:

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Experience working in school settings, preferably with elementary-aged students
• Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and ABA principles
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt interventions for diverse student populations
