Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
• Previous experience providing behavioral services in a school environment preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with elementary-aged children or similar caseloads beneficial
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans tailored to elementary students
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and collect ongoing data
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and administrators to ensure cohesive student support
• Offer training, consultation, and guidance to school staff and families
• Monitor and adjust intervention strategies for optimal student progress
• Document progress and maintain compliance with school and certification standards
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans
