Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Make regular on-site behavioral observations in classrooms and other school environments
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to promote student growth
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress reports
• Participate in team meetings and IEP discussions as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience creating FBAs and BIPs in school or pediatric settings
• Previous supervision of RBTs highly preferred
• Strong observational, organizational, and communication skills
