Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Strong observational skills to assess student needs and progress
  • Prior experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Implement, monitor, and adjust Behavior Intervention Plans based on real-time data and observations
  • Conduct FBAs to identify functions of student behaviors
  • Provide supervision, guidance, and feedback to RBTs, ensuring fidelity to intervention plans
  • Document findings, maintain accurate records, and develop progress reports as needed
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to address behavioral challenges and promote inclusion
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support positive student outcomes
