In this essential position, you’ll work a 37.5 hour week and play a pivotal role in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), crafting and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), performing classroom observations, and providing direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Your knowledge and guidance will make a meaningful difference in students’ educational journeys.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings
  • Proficiency with FBAs and BIPs
  • Ability to observe, assess, and develop effective behavioral interventions
  • Prior supervision experience, especially with RBTs, preferred
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough FBAs and produce comprehensive reports
  • Design, implement, and monitor effective BIPs
  • Observe students and classrooms, making actionable recommendations
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs in the delivery of behavior-analytic services
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support positive student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines

This contract position offers highly competitive pay ranging from $55 to $65 per hour, reflecting the value of your specialty and commitment.
