An opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work full-time in a school setting located in San Lorenzo, CA. This contract position offers a structured 37.5-hour workweek and involves working closely with students and educational teams to develop and implement effective behavioral interventions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify causes of challenging behaviors
  • Designing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs
  • Performing direct observations to monitor and assess student progress
  • Supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure quality service delivery

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
