Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - San Lorenzo, California

This full-time, contract position offers 37.5 hours per week, giving you a consistent schedule while supporting students’ growth and success. You’ll collaborate with educational teams and supervise RBTs, making a real difference in students’ learning environments.

Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
• Strong expertise conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Proven ability to supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct observations to assess student needs and collect data
• Develop, implement, and monitor effective Behavior Intervention Plans
• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments for referred students
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing guidance and support as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement positive behavioral supports
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress reports
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

This role offers an hourly pay rate ranging from $55 to $65, commensurate with experience and certifications.
