Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA Certification required
  • Certification and licensure to practice as a Behavior Analyst
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families
  • Skilled at data analysis, progress monitoring, and developing targeted interventions

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to determine student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide ongoing consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff
  • Monitor student progress, maintain accurate data, and document interventions
  • Collaborate actively with IEP (Individualized Education Program) teams, contributing to meetings and team decision-making
