Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students referred for support
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistent delivery of interventions
• Provide direct and consultative support to classroom staff and districts
• Deliver training and professional development on behavioral strategies and ABA techniques
• Collect and analyze data to measure student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate records and reports in accordance with school policies and best practices
