Step into a rewarding role supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic educational environment with two temporary contract positions available for the upcoming school year. Focused on providing critical support during maternity leaves, these on-site roles begin August 5, 2026, and run through November 20, 2026, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours.

In this vital capacity, you will collaborate with school staff to create and implement behavior intervention plans, helping students achieve their fullest potential across diverse settings. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success and well-being of students during a pivotal time.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active California credential and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Authorization
• Experience developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans within school environments
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices for K-12 populations
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards in student care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective, evidence-based intervention strategies
• Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as necessary, and maintain clear, timely records
• Support and consult with teachers, paraprofessionals, and family members
• Lead team and planning meetings as needed, fostering positive, inclusive learning environments
• Ensure compliance with all district, state, and federal guidelines
