Essential Qualifications:
- Active and valid California credential with BCBA authorization
- Experience delivering behavioral services, ideally in K-12 settings
- Strong collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
- Demonstrated ability to assess, develop, and monitor behavioral intervention plans
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organizational skills for maintaining detailed records and meeting deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments for students
- Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide guidance and training to school staff regarding intervention strategies
- Track student progress, adapting supports as needed
- Maintain compliance with all reporting and documentation requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
