Exciting opportunities are available for experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide valuable support in a vibrant educational setting. With two temporary positions open, you will have a direct impact on students and collaborate with staff to deliver top-tier behavioral analysis services. This contract position is fully onsite and offers the chance to support the needs associated with maternity leaves during the upcoming school year.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Valid California credential with BCBA authorization
  • Previous experience in a school-based environment is preferred
  • Strong ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
  • Proven skills in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
  • Excellent organizational and communication capabilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to implement evidence-based strategies
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Provide training and ongoing support to school personnel on behavior management best practices
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings to review student progress and refine approaches
