  • Assignment period: August 5, 2026 – November 20, 2026
  • Full-time hours: 37.5 per week
  • Two temporary positions available
  • Onsite work only

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active and valid California credential with BCBA authorization
  • Experience delivering behavioral services, ideally in K-12 settings
  • Strong collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
  • Demonstrated ability to assess, develop, and monitor behavioral intervention plans
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organizational skills for maintaining detailed records and meeting deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments for students
  • Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide guidance and training to school staff regarding intervention strategies
  • Track student progress, adapting supports as needed
  • Maintain compliance with all reporting and documentation requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
