Qualifications and Experience:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
• Previous experience providing ABA services in a school or pediatric setting (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with IEP processes and special education regulations
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students
• Collaborate with teaching staff, administrators, and families to support positive behavioral outcomes
• Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support personnel
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed, maintaining accurate and timely records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to data-driven educational planning
• Offer ongoing consultation, modeling, and coaching to school staff
