Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong understanding of behavior intervention plans and assessments
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work with diverse student populations and adapt strategies as needed
• Current state licensure or eligibility

Responsibilities and Key Duties:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to implement and monitor behavior support strategies
• Provide direct and consultative services for students with diverse behavioral needs
• Offer training and guidance to staff and stakeholders on best practices in behavior management
• Collect, analyze, and report data to measure progress and guide decision-making
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive school culture
