Qualifications and Experience:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
- Previous experience providing ABA services in a school or pediatric setting (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with IEP processes and special education regulations
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students
- Collaborate with teaching staff, administrators, and families to support positive behavioral outcomes
- Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support personnel
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed, maintaining accurate and timely records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to data-driven educational planning
- Offer ongoing consultation, modeling, and coaching to school staff
