Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid California Board of Occupational Therapy License (submit a copy upon application)
• Experience as an Occupational Therapist or strong COTA, preferably in a school environment
• Proficiency working with children in elementary through high school
• Strong organizational and case management abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to adapt therapy plans for diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs for students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and support staff
• Document progress and meet compliance requirements
• Support the development of students’ fine and gross motor abilities, sensory integration, and adaptive functioning
• Provide guidance and education to families and teachers to promote positive outcomes
