Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Sanger, California

This full-time role centers on delivering occupational therapy services to learners within a single site, enabling focused intervention and relationship building. You’ll be part of a collaborative special education team, utilizing your expertise to help students overcome daily challenges and achieve academic success.

Qualifications:

• Valid and current California Board of Occupational Therapy License (copy required)
• Experience as an Occupational Therapist or a highly skilled COTA
• In-depth understanding of evidence-based interventions for children and adolescents
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Passion for working with school-aged populations

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of student-centered intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support a holistic approach to student progress
• Maintain thorough records of therapy sessions and student responses in compliance with state and district policies
• Offer consultative support and strategies for staff and families to facilitate student success in the classroom
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

This assignment features a consistent schedule of 32.5 hours per week, allowing for a balanced workload and meaningful engagement with your school’s student population.
