You’ll play a key role in collaborating with teachers, providing both individual and group consultation, and guiding intervention plans to help students thrive.

What You Bring:

• Active BCBA certification
• Previous experience with high school populations or adolescents preferred
• Strong consultation and collaborative problem-solving skills
• Ability to train and support school staff on behavior interventions
• Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation abilities

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

• Consult with educators and school teams on evidence-based behavioral supports
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans tailored to individual needs
