What You’ll Bring:

• Current, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for elementary-age students
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with school staff, families, and related service professionals
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse needs in a school-based setting
• Passion for supporting children’s growth and advocating for students with unique learning profiles

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement effective strategies within the classroom
• Deliver direct services to students, providing ongoing behavioral support and adjusting interventions as needed
• Guide and train educators and paraprofessionals in best practices for behavior management
• Monitor student progress, document results, and communicate updates with families and school teams

Compensation ranges from $55 to $70 per hour, reflecting your experience and expertise.
