Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Santa Cruz, CA

What we're seeking:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
• Experience working with elementary-aged children
• Familiarity with Functional Behavior Assessments, intervention planning, and data collection
• Strong collaborative skills to consult with teachers, parents, and school teams
• Ability to communicate effectively and adapt interventions based on student needs
• Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative behavior analytic services for students in an elementary caseload
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and share results with relevant teams
• Train school staff in applied behavior analysis (ABA)-based strategies and interventions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records for all assigned cases
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated support
