Key Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Previous experience providing behavioral analysis in educational or pediatric settings
- Strong ability to design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans
- Excellent communication skills for working with staff, students, and families
- Ability to conduct assessments, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans for students
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention analyses
- Train and support school personnel and families on behavior management strategies
- Collect data and evaluate progress toward behavioral and academic goals
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary planning
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and legal guidelines
