Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Savoy, Illinois

In this full-time, on-site role based in Champaign, IL, you will join a visionary Clinical ABA team that champions direct instruction, precision teaching, and OT collaboration. Guided by data-based decision making, you’ll drive progress for students that thrive with individualized, meaningful programming.

Key Qualifications:

• Current BCBA or BCaBA certification (or eligibility and plan to earn credential), or equivalent ABA expertise.
• 2–3 years’ clinical experience supporting neurodiverse children (ages 3–13) in educational or ABA settings.
• Strong ABA skills: data analysis, FBA, BIP development, intervention implementation.
• Knowledge of Direct Instruction and Precision Teaching frameworks is highly valued.
• Experience collaborating with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams; clear, supportive communicator.
• Understanding of sensory processing and OT integration; bilingual skills are a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop tailored Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Deliver and adjust ABA-based interventions targeting language, reasoning, executive function, and social skills.
• Track data and use precision teaching to inform learning decisions.
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and teachers on integrated strategies.
• Train and supervise support staff; facilitate regular family communication and team meetings.
• Uphold program fidelity, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Stay current with best practices in behavioral science.
