What we’re seeking:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with school-aged children or within an educational setting
• Strong ability to assess, develop, and implement positive behavior intervention plans
• Capacity to work collaboratively with teachers, support personnel, and families
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering growth and positive outcomes for all students
• Flexibility to work up to 10 hours per week

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting functional behavior assessments and interpreting data to inform interventions
• Designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavioral interventions
• Training and coaching staff and caregivers on evidence-based strategies
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and documentation standards
• Providing direct and consultative support to enhance student success
• Collaborating in multidisciplinary meetings to address student needs and progress
