Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Schaumburg, Illinois

A fulfilling opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful difference in an educational setting near Schaumburg, IL. This onsite, contract-based position runs through June 2027 and offers flexibility, with a typical full-time schedule of 35 hours per week—but reduced hours can be discussed to suit individual needs. The primary responsibility is to work closely with a small, dynamic caseload of students who require dedicated behavioral support, with current focus on 5 students (subject to change as student needs evolve).

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Previous experience supporting students in a school setting is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and student needs
• Passion for fostering positive, inclusive learning environments

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop effective intervention plans tailored to individual students
• Provide direct behavioral support and consultation for students and staff
• Work collaboratively with educational teams to monitor progress and modify programs as needed
• Keep thorough and confidential documentation of interventions, progress, and outcomes
• Serve as a resource and advocate for students experiencing behavioral challenges
