Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Scranton, Pennsylvania

Qualifications & Experience:

• Must hold current and active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Prior experience supporting students in a school or educational environment preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with students, staff, and families
• Ability to develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and administrators to support student behavioral needs
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to school staff
• Monitor, analyze, and report on student progress and effectiveness of behavior interventions
• Offer guidance to families in best practices for behavioral support in and out of the classroom
