Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Seaside, CA

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide support across three elementary school sites in the area. This is a newly available position covering a maternity leave, with an immediate need—expect a fast interview and offer process for qualified candidates.

This full-time contract role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, starting as soon as possible and continuing through the winter holiday, with potential to extend. The position is entirely in-person, supporting young learners in elementary school settings.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and current BCBA certification required
• Previous experience working within school settings strongly preferred
• Demonstrated expertise with elementary-age students
• Ability to travel to three local elementary campuses as part of weekly schedule
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to providing direct, in-person services—virtual services are not available in this role

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess student needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct behavioral support to students across multiple elementary schools
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement strategies
• Collect and analyze data on student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed
• Support professional development and provide guidance to instructional staff
• Ensure compliance with all district and regulatory guidelines for behavioral services

This opportunity offers competitive compensation based on experience, with rates ranging from $55 to $60 per hour.
