What we’re seeking:

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Prior experience working within a school setting or with elementary-aged children preferred
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and data collection
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
  • Flexibility for part-time or full-time hours, based on your availability

Your key responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and interpret results for individualized intervention planning
  • Create, implement, and adjust behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for elementary caseloads
  • Deliver direct services and consultative support to teachers and classrooms
  • Train school staff and families on behavioral strategies and data collection techniques
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring in compliance with school policies
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of positive, inclusive learning environments

You’ll earn between $55 and $70 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.
