Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Seaside, CA

• Active BCBA certification is required
• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred

In this role, you will:

• Develop, oversee, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for elementary students
• Work closely with teachers, aides, and school staff to implement behavioral strategies
• Conduct regular data collection and progress monitoring
• Provide direct and consultative services for students and staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and support the team with behavior-related components
• Train and coach staff on effective strategies and interventions
• Adjust interventions as needed based on data and team feedback
