BCBA in Seaside, CA

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by supporting their growth and success as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with elementary-aged children. This contract position, available either part-time or full-time, extends through June 5th, 2026, offering you the flexibility to shape your schedule while building strong, ongoing connections within the school community.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and current BCBA certification required
• Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
• Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral interventions and data-driven decision making
• Experience supporting elementary students and collaborating with educators and families
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to implement and monitor behavior plans
• Provide training and ongoing support to classroom staff and caregivers on behavioral strategies
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluation and goal setting
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and outcomes

This role offers the opportunity to earn $55 to $70 per hour, reflecting your expertise and commitment. You'll play a critical role in the early development of students while benefiting from a flexible arrangement adapted to your preferred schedule.
