School Based Behavior Analyst | BCBA

Soliant is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school district near Seaside, California for the 2026–2027 school year. This position is a great fit for a BCBA who enjoys collaborating with school teams and using practical, data-driven behavioral strategies to help students thrive in the classroom.

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
School Year: 2026–2027

What You’ll Do

• Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans based on student needs

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and assist with behavioral assessments

• Review behavioral data and adjust interventions as appropriate

• Provide direct and consultative behavioral support within the school environment

• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, related service providers, and families

• Train and support school staff in implementing behavior strategies consistently

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral expertise to student planning

• Help identify patterns and triggers while developing proactive strategies to reduce challenging behaviors

• Monitor student progress and communicate recommendations to the educational team

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification

• Appropriate California credentials/eligibility for the position

• Experience providing behavioral services to children or adolescents

• Knowledge of ABA principles, behavior assessment, intervention development, and data collection

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Previous school-based experience is preferred, but qualified BCBAs from other settings are encouraged to apply
