This contract position seeks a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a dynamic school environment in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in applied behavior analysis to design and implement effective behavioral interventions that enhance student success and well-being.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Providing training and guidance on behavior strategies to school staff
  • Collecting and analyzing data to monitor program effectiveness and adjust interventions accordingly
  • Ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards
