Essential Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience working within a school-based or pediatric setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) practices.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and support staff.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusivity in educational settings.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
• Provide direct and consultative services to teachers, students, and families.
• Train school staff on ABA techniques, implementation, and progress monitoring.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform interventions and ensure continuous improvement.
• Assist in IEP preparation and participate in student support meetings.
• Collaborate with school leadership to maintain compliance with relevant educational regulations.
