Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Proven experience working in educational settings, preferably K-12
  • Strong analytic, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of current behavior analytic practices and regulations
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
  • Experience developing and implementing individualized behavior plans
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Implement evidence-based strategies to support student growth
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams
  • Provide staff training and ongoing consultation
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with local and state regulations
  • Serve as a go-to resource for behavioral support within the school setting
