Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Previous experience providing behavioral services in school settings strongly preferred
  • Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities
  • Compassion, flexibility, and a student-centered approach

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and interpret data to inform strategies
  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior support plans for students
  • Provide hands-on support, training, and coaching to staff and families
  • Monitor and review student progress, modifying plans as needed
  • Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings, presenting findings and recommendations
  • Deliver professional development and consultation as a behavioral resource
