Key Qualifications:

• Active California Board of Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Background in school-based occupational therapy or strong pediatric experience as a COTA
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaborative skills
• Ability to develop individualized intervention plans and support a broad range of ages and abilities
• Commitment to supporting safe, inclusive, and accessible learning environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in accordance with IEPs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and re-evaluations for students with varying needs
• Collaborate with a BCBA and multi-disciplinary school staff to ensure holistic, student-centered care
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing progress reports
• Provide training and consultation to teachers and families on strategies and adaptive tools
