Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Selma, California

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid California Board of Occupational Therapy license required
• Experience as an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Familiarity with school-based therapy, K-12 student populations, or similar pediatric settings
• Skills in individualized evaluation, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities

Expectations & Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, supporting their participation and success in academic and functional activities
• Assess and develop individualized plans to address fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and adaptive skills
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams for effective interventions
• Maintain clear documentation, progress notes, and reports as required by school and licensing standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input for student plans
• Empower students to increase independence and confidence in the school environment
