Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Previous experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred
• Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students
• Assess student needs using evidence-based assessment tools and data collection methods
• Provide ongoing training and support for teachers, paraprofessionals, and family members
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide adjustments in intervention plans
• Facilitate IEP and other relevant meetings, ensuring ABA strategies are aligned with student goals
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere that aligns with school values
