Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Sevierville, TN

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related discipline
• Experience working in school settings is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention planning
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to conduct staff training, provide guidance to paraprofessionals, and maintain accurate documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and collaborate in the creation of IEPs
• Provide direct and consultative ABA services to students and staff
• Offer ongoing support and training for educators and paraprofessionals
• Track student progress and ensure compliance with school procedures and relevant regulations
• Participate in team meetings, contribute insights to student programming, and engage with families
