Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention planning
  • Ability to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and write effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, analyze data, and develop targeted intervention plans for students
  • Provide direct behavioral interventions and support to students as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement effective strategies and monitor progress
  • Offer professional guidance and training to school personnel regarding ABA best practices
  • Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with regulatory and district standards
  • Serve as a resource and advocate for students’ behavioral and social-emotional well-being
