Qualifications and Skills:

• Current and active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Valid state licensure for practicing as a BCBA
• Experience working in K-12 school settings (elementary, middle, and/or high school)
• Strong ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Excellent collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
• Effective communication skills to mentor, train, and consult with school staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional behavior assessments to identify student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention plans
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and caregivers to promote best practices in behavior management
• Provide training for educational teams on data collection, intervention strategies, and progress monitoring methods
• Regularly analyze behavioral data and adjust intervention plans as necessary
• Support a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students
