Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active BCBA certification and state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Demonstrated success providing behavioral interventions in school environments
• Experience working with diverse student populations, including those with special needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, parents, and related service providers
• Ability to design and implement Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Familiarity with elementary, middle, and high school settings and their unique needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate student behavior and identify appropriate interventions

• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal setting
• Maintain detailed records and reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards
