Middle School High School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Shelburne, Vermont

Make a positive impact supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic, contract-based role working with elementary, middle, and high school students. Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification and relevant state licensure
• Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school populations
• Background in developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Familiarity with data collection, analysis, and applied behavior analysis (ABA)
• Excellent communication skills with students, families, and school staff
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage a varied caseload
• Prior school-based or educational experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design tailored interventions
• Write and update behavior intervention plans in collaboration with other professionals
• Lead staff training and coaching on effective behavioral support strategies
• Monitor student progress via consistent data collection and analysis
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote positive behavior
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations
• Adapt intervention techniques based on ongoing evaluation and student needs
