Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Valid license to practice as a BCBA in the state
• Experience supporting students at the elementary, middle, and/or high school levels
• Strong knowledge of implementing and evaluating behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate with school staff, students, and families
• Commitment to evidence-based practices in school environments

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct in-depth functional behavior assessments to guide intervention strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and support staff to tailor approaches for individual student needs
• Offer training and on-site guidance for staff and families to support best practices in behavioral interventions
• Analyze data to measure student progress and modify plans as needed
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings to advocate for student needs
• Serve as a resource on behavior management, reinforcing a positive school climate
