Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Sherwood, AR

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Previous experience in a school environment preferred
• Strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of six students, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Guide and support RBTs, including training sessions 2-3 days per week to ensure best practices in direct student care
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Work closely with teachers, administration, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes
• Maintain clear documentation on student progress and interventions
