Qualifications and Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience working with school-aged children or adolescents highly preferred
- Strong understanding of behavior assessment, intervention planning, and data analysis
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, staff, and families
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and observational skills
- Willingness to work onsite; remote work is not available
- Open to full-time candidates, but part-time (minimum 3 days weekly) may be considered
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Lead and support the implementation of positive behavior supports within a school setting
- Provide expert consultation, coaching, and training to teachers, support staff, and families
- Monitor progress, collect and analyze behavioral data, and adjust plans as needed
- Facilitate team meetings and effective collaboration with all members of the educational team
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, ethics, and school policies regarding student support
