Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience working with school-aged children or adolescents highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of behavior assessment, intervention planning, and data analysis
  • Ability to effectively communicate with students, staff, and families
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and observational skills
  • Willingness to work onsite; remote work is not available
  • Open to full-time candidates, but part-time (minimum 3 days weekly) may be considered

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Lead and support the implementation of positive behavior supports within a school setting
  • Provide expert consultation, coaching, and training to teachers, support staff, and families
  • Monitor progress, collect and analyze behavioral data, and adjust plans as needed
  • Facilitate team meetings and effective collaboration with all members of the educational team
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, ethics, and school policies regarding student support
