Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide guidance and training to educators and support staff
  • Collaborative mindset and adaptability to varying caseloads and settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans for students
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, administrators, and families, to implement evidence-based strategies
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed through ongoing data collection and analysis
  • Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to school staff on best practices related to behavioral interventions
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation according to established protocols
  • Participate in IEP or other relevant meetings, offering expertise on behavioral and academic support as appropriate
