Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and overseeing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs in school settings.
  • Strong skills in conducting functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and creating individualized behavioral intervention plans.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with teachers, staff, and families.
  • Ability to train and support school personnel in implementing behavioral strategies.
  • Passion for fostering a positive, supportive learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and write tailored behavior intervention plans for students.
  • Oversee the implementation of those plans, providing ongoing supervision and feedback.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to make informed program adjustments.
  • Deliver training and consultative guidance to education teams and families.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies, ethics, and ABA best practices.
  • Participate in student support team meetings and contribute as a valued professional resource.
