Qualifications & Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required.
- Demonstrated experience designing and overseeing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs in school settings.
- Strong skills in conducting functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and creating individualized behavioral intervention plans.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with teachers, staff, and families.
- Ability to train and support school personnel in implementing behavioral strategies.
- Passion for fostering a positive, supportive learning atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and write tailored behavior intervention plans for students.
- Oversee the implementation of those plans, providing ongoing supervision and feedback.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to make informed program adjustments.
- Deliver training and consultative guidance to education teams and families.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, ethics, and ABA best practices.
- Participate in student support team meetings and contribute as a valued professional resource.
