Qualifications & Experience

  • Current National BCBA certification
  • Active Oregon Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license
  • Experience working in school-based settings preferred
  • Skilled in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing/implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators across grade levels
  • Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based behavioral interventions
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct behavior-analytic services primarily to elementary students, with supportive collaboration in middle and high schools
  • Conduct FBAs and author BIPs to guide student support across various school environments
  • Serve as an itinerant resource, rotating among three school sites
  • Consult and train teachers and support staff in behavioral strategies, ensuring fidelity of implementation
  • Collect and analyze student data to inform interventions and monitor progress
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed
