Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Smyrna, DE

An exciting contract opportunity awaits a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) ready to support young learners in a dynamic early childhood and elementary school setting. This position begins August 20th and extends through June 11th, providing a full academic year to make a meaningful impact on students from Pre-K to 5th grade. Based near Smyrna, DE, you'll play a crucial role in driving positive behavioral, social, and educational outcomes for a manageable caseload of approximately 15 students.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Successful experience conducting behavioral assessments in school environments
• Expertise in designing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans
• History of providing effective consultation and coaching to educational staff
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with families, multidisciplinary teams, and participating in IEP/ESR meetings
• Background in early childhood or elementary school settings is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional behavior analyses
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs
• Provide continuous consultation and direct coaching to classroom teachers and support staff
