Key Responsibilities: • Participate as a key member of the crisis response team, assisting with de-escalation and behavioral emergencies • Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) to identify root causes of challenging behaviors • Design and implement individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) tailored to each student’s needs • Collaborate with educators and related service providers to develop measurable, positive behavior goals for IEPs • Guide and support the collection and interpretation of behavioral data, ensuring reliable progress monitoring • Provide ongoing training and real-time support to school staff to foster best practices in behavioral interventions
